Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez called it quits about a month ago. The powerhouse couple bit the bullet following weeks of speculations and a faulty announcement of them splitting but reuniting shortly after. The latin diva is infamous for her relationships, having been a part of several high profile splits throughout her 3 decades long career. Rumors are surfacing that she may be rebounding with a former flame, and Alex Rodriguez has made a comment about it.
Lopez love life is as well documented as her hit films and platinum records. David Cruz was Lopez’ high school sweetheart and accompanied her throughout the first decade of her career during the days of In Living Color and eventually Selena. The two are reportedly still good friends now after things eventually fizzled out.
She shared a brief fling with Wesley Snipes afterwards which was followed by her first marriage to Cuban waiter Ojani Noa. The pair were only together for a year before they eventually called it off.
Most famously she was linked to Diddy, now known as Love, then known as Puff Daddy. That was followed by her second marriage to backup dancer & choreographer Cris Judd. Hollywood superstar Ben Affleck followed and the pair became a paparazzi goldmine. This preceded her third marriage to latin pop star Marc Anthony, before a second fling with a choreographer, this time TikTok star Casper Smart.
Things with Alex Rodriguez seemed promising as the two shared a lot in common. They were both divorcees with kids and massive careers. Rodriguez is a busy entrepreneur and sports personality after being an MLB star for years.
The two made plans to wed at one point and got engaged. Speaking on their plans to wed last year, Lopez told Elle Magazine “We postponed the wedding twice. We had planned what we really, really wanted to do, [but] I don’t know if we’ll be able to re-create that,” the “In the Morning” singer said. “We canceled it, and since then we haven’t really talked about it. There’s no rush. We want to do it right when we can do it.”
Well they eventually called things off completely, and it looks like Lopez is wasting no time moving on. Rodriguez was accused of cheating, so its no surprise that Lopez would be a little petty with her rebound. She’s been stopped with former flame Ben Affleck in Montana.
How did ALex respond to the news? In a new video obtained by Page Six, Alex Rodriguez was questioned about Jennifer’s Montana trip with Ben while stepping out in Miami. He answered the question indirectly, saying, “Go Yankees.”
The dig was believed to be aimed at Affleck who is a huge Red Sox fan, while A-Rod is a former Yankee’s player.
