B. Simone Accused Of Plagiarizing ‘Viral’ Manifest Love Challenge Video

Yesterday, comedianne B. Simone went viral after posting Valentine’s Day video encouraging women to join her in the #ManifestLoveChallenge.

In the video, B. Simone states, “We got all these things we want in a man,” she begins. “He gotta be tall, he gotta be dark, he gotta be handsome, he gotta have pretty teeth, he gotta be a family man, he gotta be financially stable, he gotta be rich, he gotta be successful. He gotta be all these things and we ain’t even have the things on that list. He gotta be a family man. B*tch, you ain’t talked to yo mama in six months but you want him to be a family man.”

Although she intended to help women manifest the man of their dreams, the message was received with a ton of backlash, particularly from women of color who are tired of being treated as if they’re not bringing anything to the table – when indeed they are the table.

The video sent off a fire storm online with people chiming in and sharing their thoughts. It even promoted a repost from Tyrese. “Women are pissed? calling her a fraud? But why??????” he captioned the video. See what else she had to say below.

Since releasing the video, B. Simone has been accused of plagiarism by two different women. The shaderoom shared a video from a woman who goes by the name of @iamdonniip with the caption, “The same shit I said 2 weeks ago some women dragged me for but the moment BSimone says the sht y’all d*k ride.”

B. Simone was also accused of plagiarizing content from her book, Baby Girl: Manifest the Life You Want. The comedian addressed the book allegations last year claiming she dropped the ball.

Last night, B. Simone took to social media to address the latest allegations where she claimed Moses had the first list with the Ten Commandments. “I got a list of errands I gotta run tomorrow. I don’t cook, but I’m sure if I did I would have a grocery list […] I got a list of people on my block list. I got a list of people I gotta email back.” Simone continued, “Who was the first person to make a list cause it wasn’t one of us. The first person to make a list is deceased.” The comedian went on to say, “That’s hilarious to me. To me, to you. I’m a stealer? Well, you stealing my piece. You’re a stealer! You a stealer, you’re stealing my piece,” before demanding people leave her alone.
