Cardi B is on fire following her Grammy performance last night. The “Up” rapper took to the stage to perform a medley of hits that left some jaws wagging and some fans scratching their heads. Cardi’s energy was questionable and had some people wondering of the mother of one might be pregnant again.
Cardi B and the Grammys are developing quite the odd relationship. The prestigious award show handed her a best Hip-Hop album Grammy for her debut “Invasion of Privacy” in 2019. This was an honor some people later questioned. Cardi later confessed that she did not submit her 2020 smash “WAP” for Grammy consideration because she didn’t want the same pressure she felt from her last win.
Over the weekend she went on to shout out the Grammys for nominating a handful of independent and lesser known acts of color including D Smoke, Brittany Howard and Thundercat at this years ceremony.
Despite avoiding a nomination this year, she did still performed at the award show. Cardi appeared in front of a giant screen that displayed CGI images and effects that she interacted with through her choreography. The performance appeared lip synced, which was good because Cardi seemed winded pretty early on into her set.
Meg came out half way through the set to do her verse on “WAP”. The obvious difference in energy was obvious and made it harder to watch once Meg left the stage for Cardi’s final solo.

Fans began to speculate if the star might be pregnant again. Her revealing outfit didn’t show any visible baby bumps, but the day before her performance she did tweet that she felt sick, following that up with a tweet saying she was a little tired during her set.
