The City Girls aren’t having a good start to their week, apparently. After her fellow group member JT was forced to delete her Twitter after being trolled by her followers over previous tweets, it seems as if Yung Miami is now facing the same blowback for her current tweets.
A treasure trove of old tweets were found and reposted by fans that highlighted what they called was the “chaotic” nature of JT — before the fame and afterwards. There’s an unspoken standard with regards to celebrities that holds up their statements in the highest of lights but the City Girls have both stated a lot of their tweets are “hood” tweets.
In “cancel culture” however, statements made on the Internet can get you into trouble, leaving you to delete your whole entire account and just start over – which is what fellow group member JT did when she started to get called out. Instead of arguing back too much, she simply deleted her whole verified Twitter account and chose to start over.
She went to her Instagram Stories to make a statement, and she wasn’t particularly happy that her old mindset was being shared and laughed at on social media.

“Nah all jokes aside stop searching them tweets cause I don’t feel like slapping a b—h back into the same year I was talking about them in!” she posted. Then, sharing how she’s moving on, she post a photo of herself holding a large purse, with the caption: “All my old tweets in that purse.”
The other half of the group, Yung Miami, was widely praised for holding the group down while JT was in jail. JT ended up reporting to jail just as the group was ascending the charts, leaving Yung Miami to perform by herself as the City Girls. The rapper herself then had to a bit of a break, due to a pregnancy.
However, with JT’s return and Caresha (Yung Miami) celebrating the birthday of now one-year-old daughter Summer, the girls have been reunited and taking over the charts, appearing on remixes and dropping their own brand of hip-hop and continuing to please their fans – until some old tweets came up.
First was JT, and now Yung Miami have gone on the offensive over their Twitter accounts and previous statements – with this time, Yung Miami’s other women fans calling her out for her insensitivity over women that cannot naturally become pregnant for various reasons.
“If you never been pregnant that p—y garbage!!!!” tweeted the rapper. While she may have been joking, the comment hit differently among her followers. Seemingly realizing that she stepped in it, she then tried to make light of the joke but it was already too late.

Some of the fellow women followers began to chastise the rapper, trying to clue her in on her insensitivity around the issue she made light of – even if others thought that some of the fans were taking her comments too seriously.
In the end, the rapper once again tried to let people know that her comment was a joke but eventually gave up, tweeting “Every time I tweet I’m offending somebody I’m done with Twitter.”
