Diddy has been looking to keep fans inspired with a new name and new attitude. Recently changing his name to Love Combs, Diddy is looking to spread love and inspiration through his social media. He took the idea a bit to far in a recent Instagram post where he tells fans about an unfortunately roach occurrence when he was younger that made him realize he did not want to be broke anymore.
Born Sean John Combs on November 4, 1969, Diddy first rose to prominence under the name Puff Daddy in the 90’s. During his initial run of success he was able to break such acts as Usher, Mary J Blige and the Notorious B.I.G before himself becoming a successful artist. The death of Notorious B.I.G thrusted Combs further into the spotlight as now he was the focal point of label Bad Boy Records. His debut album, No Way Out, was released on July 1, 1997.
Like their hit record said, “More Money More Problems” became the status quo for Diddy, who in 2001 was involved in a heated legal battle over weapons charges. Despite being cleared on all his charges, his Bad Boy Records protege Shyne was not so lucky and was handed a 10 year sentence. Combs also lost then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez to the drama. He eventually changed his name to P. Diddy to signify a fresh start. This was eventually shortened to just Diddy.
Diddy recently went viral for his support of Lil Nas X following the queer rappers BET Awards performance. “Lil Nas X did that!! Be fearless!!!” he tweeted. Some applauded him for supporting the new act while some accused him of being “closeted” and “shooting his shot” at Nas.

Today he’s trending for new reasons, after admitting to wake up with 15 roaches on his face back when he was younger. In the video Diddy is eating mango by a pool trying to inspire fans. He says he realized that day he wanted more, before telling fans to work hard and dream big.
