The “Certified Lover Boy” may have found the one that he gives his heart to or at least the woman that he dedicates his next album’s material about. It is being reported that Drake has found romance with a woman named Johanna Leia, and he’s doing the most to prove his love and affection for her. Twitter, however, thinks that Drake could do better.
If you would jog your memories with us, we’ll take a ride back to 2014 when Nicki Minaj released her single “Only”, found on the “Pinkprint” album. In the song, which features a verse from Drake, the rapper details the type of woman that he is attracted to.
“She say I’m obsessed with thick women and I agree,” he raps. “Yeah, That’s right I like my girls BBW. Type that wanna s**k you dry and then eat some lunch with you.” How thick does Drake like his women you might ask? “So thick that everyone else in the room is so uncomfortable. A** on Houston Texas, but the face look just like Claire Huxtable.”
When Drake rapped those lyrics, he was not playing around. We’ve seen him be true to his lyrics from time after time, including with his son Adonis’s mother, Sophie Brussaux. Rumors started to swirl that they were dating when a picture of him and the former porn star surfaced on a dinner date at a Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam.
Months later, Brussaux gave birth to a son, which Drake did not want at first, according to TMZ. Text messages allegedly retrieved by TMZ show that Drake wanted Brussaux to have an abortion, but she refused to “indulge” the rapper.
The secret was revealed to the world that he had a son before Drake could get a chance to share the news, thanks to rapper Pusha T on his infamous diss track to Drake, “The Story of Adidon“.

It’s been two years since Adonis has been born and his parents are not together but seem to be co-parenting nicely. Drake has since been linked to different women like JLo, and Jorja Smith. He’s also the alleged reason that a couple is not together anymore after a man took to social media to expose the rapper for breaking up his happy home.
On Instagram, the man claimed, “Imagine having the most beautiful, supportive, and faithful relationship 8 years long with an engagement and wedding planned. A beautiful woman on your side as ride or die. Then this major opportunity comes and a world star calls your fiancé to sign a record deal. Flies you both over and then out of nowhere all the trust is vanished with knives in your back and in your heart.”
It doesn’t look like that woman made the best decision, as Drake is reportedly dating model Johanna Leia and has been for months now. According to TMZ, Drake got close to Leia while mentoring her son, Amari Bailey, who has got the eyes of many league affiliates and agents and is on track to play for UCLA in 2022.
Leia was also the recipient of an extravagant date night recently as ABC helicopters caught them having a private dinner in LA’s Dodger Stadium. With Drake now being her reported boo, much more attention has been on her and it’s brought some pretty insensitive comments from Twitter users.
