Well that did not take long. After catching wind of Faith Evans comments regarding her relationship with Stevie J, Joseline Hernandez took to social media to clap back. The reality tv star was not to fond of Faith alluding that she may have still be involved with Stevie J when he and Faith initially began dating.
Faith and Stevie have been friends for decades. The music industry vets met in the early 90’s. Stevie was an in house producer for Bad Boy Records, home to Faiths first husband Notorious B.I.G as well as Faith. The two never dating back then, instead Faith fell for and Wed Biggie only a few short days after meeting him, becoming a hip-hop power couple in the process. The two share one child prior to B.I.G’s passing.
Stevie J was relatively unknown to the masses before his break-out role in Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta. His first season revolved around his relationship with Mimi Faust and a then unknown act he was developing, Joseline Hernadez. The two’s relationship turned romantic and began reality tv gold. People tuned in every week to see Stevie and Joseline’s antics, leading to several spin-offs. The two eventually had a child together before splitting.
Faith and Stevie reconnected shortly after and decided to move their friendship in the romantic direction. They wed shortly after and have been pretty low key and happy it seems. However Faith did reveal in a recent interview with Behind Every Man that she had reservations in the beginning when she realized Stevie and Joseline might still be together.
“I wasn’t quite sure whether or not he was still involved with this ex,” Faith said in a clip of the episode. “So, you know when you kind of told me you guys weren’t together and then shortly thereafter finding out that you still kinda were, I think that’s probably when I stepped away because I’m not a man stealer, a home wrecker, you know.”
Joseline did not like this assumption and wanted to set the record straight.
“This old b—- needs to keep the bricks out her way. I ain’t been with that man in 4 years. I’m happily with @balisticbeats,” Joseline responded. “Every time my TV shows bout to drop this ol wore down melted [woman] got something to say to stay relevant. B— you a h*e your own husband told me and my husband last week you cheated on him with young [guy] and you do all the time.”
Joseline continued by claiming that Faith Evan’s son is an animal who put her young daughter, Bonnie Bella in danger under Faith’s care.
