Calling all ladies who are single, willing, and able. K. Michelle is looking for you, and if you’re down for an unconventional relationship, this may be for you. K Michelle put out the call for the perfect woman to share her boyfriend with, but not without fulfilling some requirements first.
The singer, songwriter, and reality star has been busy with a few projects, including a country album that she has been working on for some years. Being on Love and Hip-Hop has also brought forth much more visibility for the singer, as well as much drama as well.
But perhaps the singer, who has been quite the open book in the past, has opened up a bit more as she continues not to shy away from sharing personal information with the public. The “Supa Hood” singer took to Instagram to announce that she was ready to “hire a girlfriend” for the year.
“No drama, great personality, no previous or past STD’s,” read her post. These are some of the requirements that the singer shared the potential woman must pass in order to be considered. But K. wasn’t finished. Along with the aforementioned, K Michelle also states that their potential lover “Must contain a lot of melanin.
“Must be smart and educated with a lot to [lose],” she added. The singer notes that whoever applies can not attach themselves at all, emotionally, to her (and perhaps her boyfriend as well.) “Must not fall in love with me because I have a man. We are open but not friendly,” she warns.
Notably, K. Michelle has fans all over the country. With this fanbase, a percentage of them would absolutely love to take the singer up on her offer. However, she makes it clear that whoever is choosing to apply must be local to where she calls home. K. Michelle notes that in order to be considered, the applicant “Must live in Memphis, LA, or Miami where I reside! Thanks apply below,” she concluded.
