Celebrities dead or alive, unfortunately, have to fight off rumors daily. It comes with the territory. However, some of these rumors are extremely dangerous and can cause much damage to an artist’s career or livelihood. Slain rapper King Von is not here to defend himself from some terrible claims that have been made about him, but his family is speaking up to clear up some nasty rumors.
Last November, King Von’s life was cut short when he was murdered while in Atlanta. Many tributes have poured in on his behalf, while there have also been hurtful moments brought on from those like controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Among those offering tributes to the late rapper was his former girlfriend, Asian Doll.
Kayla would come to Twitter to relay a message that her late brother was not seeing anyone prior to his passing. “Von wasn’t in a relationship wit nobody before he died!” she wrote. The tweet has since been deleted.
Kayla’s actions concerning her brother on social media have some fans convinced that she and King Von were in a relationship at some point. Many old tweets of hers began to resurface that were questionable to fans, as she would refer to him as “bae” at times.
Because of this, Kayla B took to Instagram Live to clear the air on the rumors that the two were perhaps engaged in incestuous behavior. “Get y’all sick nasty a**es on,” she said. “Do I look like I’m from Down South? Me and my brother we from Chicago. We’re not from Down South where people [mess with] they brothers and sisters. All y’all that sayin’ that.”
She continued, “I always knew Von was my brother. Of course, when my dad passed we got separated. But come on, who finna forget they brothers and sisters? And if y’all were so-called Von fans, y’all wouldn’t be saying that s**t.”
