Reginae Carter Demands Public Apology from Her Biological Father, Rapper Lil Wayne For Supporting Trump, Says Anyone Who Supported Him Should Apologize

Lil Wayne and his daughter Reginae Carter are notoriously close, which is why many were surprised when he revealed himself as a supporter for the lame duck President Trump, who has now been handed defeat in the 2020 Election. Now that the whole debacle is over, Reginae is demanding an apology from her father – and about half the country.

Wayne’s tweet giving his support for Trump and featuring a photo opp with the President went viral and has over half a million retweets.

“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. 🤙🏾”

Reginae’s mother Toya Wright had been in support of the Biden/Harris campaign and fans noticed, commenting on Reginae’s post as such. “I hope you followed your moms steps not your dad 🥺,” wrote one. “With your Dad or your own interests? My gut tells me you ridin with Biden,” said another. “Hope you didn’t follow your dad 👎🏾😳😔 #biden2020.”

When Reginae was trolled about her father’s choices, she made it very clear who she and her mother both voted for.

Lil Wayne may have gotten his photo with the current President of the United States, but the internet was lit up at the time with rumblings that it caused the demise of his relationship at the time with Denise Bidot.  Bidot has now denied that she broke up with Wayne, but in a divided time like this, one wonders if his support of Trump did come between them, even if it was in some small way.

Reginae has called her father out before for the things that he’s said about Black women, of which she is one. Wayne, on his Young Money Radio podcast, previously had 50 Cent on his show where they unfortunately made some very colorist remarks about Black women.

“That s—t look a lot different from the s—t you see in the neighborhood. That s—t look like it just came off a boat. It’s something foreign, it’s something you just can’t get,” 50 exclaimed, while Lil’ Wayne laughed and agreed at the time.

Reginae might be the only one who seems to be able to reach her father. Now that Trump has lost and Biden will be the 46th President of the United States of America, one can definitely understand the curiosity that many people might have about where she stands with Wayne.

Reginae flipped to tell her followers pretty quickly how she felt, right after the election. She’s demanding an apology from anyone that supported Trump’s doomed campaign – including her father.

“After hearing this last press conference by Trump, if you supported him in any way you should give us a Public apology like right now,” she wrote on her IG Story. Adding a stream of clown emojis, she added, “That was embarrassing!!!!”
