Love and Hip-Hop and OnlyFans stars Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena seemed like a match made in reality tv heaven. The pairing was clearly too good to be true, because like many other couples who have fallen victim to the rising divorce rates during Coronavirus, they have split. And true to their television personas, its been in dazzling dramatic fashion.
The pair, who were both previously linked to famous rappers, became an item in 2018. They quickly went public, with a wedding and baby announcement following shortly after. The couple welcomed the child right before the wedding, and seemed incredibly happy at the time. “Wow, wow, it’s a big deal! Very big deal. I didn’t know I was capable of doing this. I’m excited!” said Safaree in an instagram post during Mena’s pregnacy.

Rumors of a split began this past fall however, as the couple began making posts separately alluding to them being single. They also began to remove photos of each other from their social media and unfollowed one another. In a photo of him posing in front of a car last November, he initially captioned it “BACHELOR!! Ending 2020 right!!” before later changing the caption. More telling was that he had tagged the show Divorce Court in the image. Mena responded “No cocky $hit, ain’t too many like me. No man could ever stop me!!!!!!!” in an also deleted post.
After a few petty jabs over the last few months, things officially boiled over today as the two went at it via social media.
Safaree tweeted and then deleted, “I mean this from the bottom of my heart getting married was 1 of my BIGGEST mistakes and it will never happen again. I’m walking away before I End up in jail over some dumb shit. Nobody is worth my freedom!!!”
Mena’s response, “Since you always run to social media like a little girl I might as well join in. I absolutely agree with you on this. You are the most selfish, vain and inconsiderate person. And not just with me but your only daughter!”
