Porsha Williams is wasting no time turning her new relationship into social media and reality TV gold. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has found a new love in Simon Guobadia. The problem, Guobadia is the former husband of Williams friend and cast member Falynn Goubadia. A recent social media post showed Williams, Guobadia and her baby daddy Dennis McKinley smiling it up with Williams sporting a very large new ring. Rumors about the ring began to circulate almost as quickly as the couple went public.
Guobadia recently announced that he and wife Falynn Goubadia were splitting. Its believed that she may have been cheating on him. The post drew attention from those trying to decipher what might be going on, but McKinley helped shed some light on the situation with a comment wish Williams a Happy Mother’s Day and congratulating her on her “next chapter”.
After letting fans go crazy with theories of their own, Williams eventually came forward confirming the relationship. She let fans know that the two began dating a month ago and were “crazy in love”. She went on to acknowledge how fast it was but assuring fans that she is choosing “happiness” and very positive with her new boo. She mentioned that he makes her very happy which is what is most important to her.
Some fans took to social media to speculate on the ring. One user was too thrown by the picture to even properly summarize what they were seeing. “Dennis. Porsha’s hand placement on Falynn’s ex, Simon. The ring. I have endless questions.”

Another user posted a pretty ironic clip of Williams and Falynn interacting from an episode of Real Housewives Atlanta. Williams arrived to Falynn’s home with a group of friends. They went to the backyard where they met Simon Guobadia for the first time. The now couple fist bumped to say hello, before Guobadia made a comment about he and Falynn renewing their vows. Falynn responded with a comment about a possible ring upgrade, to which Williams awkwardly nodded. Fast forward to today, and it seems like the upgrade went to Williams. Despite all the drama, Falynn has decided to take the high road at this time releasing a statement of her own. In the statement, Falynn reveals her and Simon are still married and going through their divorce – refusing to make any mention of Porsha’s name. See statement below:
