T-Pain Reveals Viola Davis Has Been In His DMs For Two Years Left ‘Unread’, Leaks DMs From Actress and Other Celebrities After Discovering Hidden Messages Folder

It Goes Down In The DMs

However, T-Pain wouldn’t know that as he recently revealed that he had zero idea about the feature on his Instagram.  Many fans are having a field day with this one, as perhaps T-Pain may officially have crossed over into the “elderly generation” for some.

What is “it” you ask?  Whatever you want “it” to be.  Some use DM’s, or direct messages, on social media to contact another party for networking purposes.  Some reach out because they may not have a personal relationship, but perhaps follow one another (or some variation of the sort) in the hopes that they may establish some sort of repoire. Whatever the case may be, DMs are another connecting source that can lead folks to a “promised land”, or get themselves in trouble.

Social media widely seems to be the younger generation’s game as they dominate each platform.  From the various challenges to the way that many young people use the platform to exploit themselves by any means necessary in the name of garnering likes and followers, they’ve got it on lock.

So it is always hilarious to many social media users when people older than them try to figure social media out.  While it may be hard for some, it’s easier for others.   Case in point the legendary singer Dionne Warwick whom many are deeming the “Queen of Twitter.”

Dionne Warwick has apparently had a social media account for years, and as with many artists, hers was run by her team.  The last many months, however, have brought joy to those who have come across her account as some outlandish tweets have gone out from Warwick leaving many to believe that she had been hacked.

However, she came forward to prove that it was indeed her behind the tweets.  “Well, hello, and this is for all of you tweeters who have decided that I’m not tweeting my own stuff to you,” said Ms. Warwick in a video as she stood by a calendar in December. “I want you to know: I am and I am getting very, very, good at it.”

A much younger star, T-Pain, seems to still be figuring his social media out as he just discovered the “general requests” of his DMs.  The “Buy You A Drank” singer created a video to prove that he left tons of direct messages on read as he scrolled through them.

“I swear!! I’m just now seeing all these messages and mentions TODAY!!!! How do I super apologize? Press conference? Town hall meeting? I’m dumb,” he said.  In the video celebrities such as Fergie, Viola Davis, and even The Real daytime talk show are seen having reached out to him, yet he’s just discovered the messages.

“I’ve been accidentally straight up ignoring all these people for like 2 years,” T-Pain continued “I thought DMs are supposed to just show in the normal folder and you don’t have to go digging for these. I apologize to everybody on this list and the hundreds of others I couldn’t fit in this video. These are just the ones I haven’t checked or replied to.”

Surely they’ll accept.
